You can pay with a debit or credit card for up to $7,500.00. To make a payment over this amount, contact our office at 678-214-3650 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. By submitting your payment authorization, you are authorizing DCI to process your payment as reflected in the completed form. You are submitting a payment authorization now. Our payment processing team will be processing your payment. Crediting of the payment amount on this authorization is contingent upon your payment successfully being processed by our payment processing team. Payment authorizations that are incomplete or exceed the maximum amount of $7,500.00 will not be processed.
Bank Draft Payment Options
You can pay up to $5,000.00 using your routing and account number. To pay more than this amount, contact our office at 678-214-3650 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, or select a Credit/Debit card option. By submitting your payment authorization, you are authorizing DCI to process your payment as reflected in the completed form. You are submitting a payment authorization now. Our payment processing team will be processing your payment. Crediting the payment amount on this authorization to the account depends on the payment clearing. We will not process payment authorizations that are incomplete or exceed the maximum amount of $5,000.00.
